Land Use Schemes and Built-Up Plans
Land Use Schemes are documents which are set up by the local community authority in order to give precise information on how a determined property may be used, considering the aims of state-wide, regional and local planning documents. Each parcel is assigned to one out of three major categories – building land, space used for transportation and grass-land. Built-Up Plans are made for those parts of a community, which are designated for building. They give, for instance, detailed information on the maximum of area to be covered by a building or the possible height of a building structure.

Investigations and Concepts for Town Planning
Urbanistic surveys and inventories are intended to provide a basis for subsequent analyses of possible development strategies in predetermined neighbourhoods or city districts.
